Job Schema
WebDev Studios is a hypothetical multimedia web
development unit which is owned by an equally hypothetical university.
This job design is intended to enable the organization to seek new
business, manage projects and produce quality product with a small
team of people. The organizational design seeks to address issues
of span of control, delegated responsibility and resources, as well
as overlaping responsibilities that ensure that all areas affecting
by decisions are responsible for contributing to those decisions.
